Buying a home is an exciting time. Making the smart move of choosing a REALTOR® is your first step to ensuring that your new home and community meets your needs. My services and experience range from financial aid to helping you find the home that best suits you and your family. For your convenience, I also provide listings by email. There is no cost to you for my services as the brokerage fee is paid by the Seller through an advanced written agreement between the seller and the listing Broker.

As your agent I will:

• Help you choose the right City, Community, Subdivision, School System, whatever you are looking for.

• Help you get pre qualified for a loan and offer you financial alternatives.

• Be your Buyers Representative. I have earned the additional Designation of Accredited Buyer Representative which affords you, the Buyer, more valuable information and skill in guiding your real estate purchase.

• Act as your negotiation expert. My special designation as a Certified Negotiation Expert allows me to use employ additional resources in order to obtain the best possible price for your purchase, whether it be personal residence, second home or investment property.

Before You Start Looking For Your New Home:

• Check your credit rating. Straighten out any errors before its too late.

• Determine a comfortable monthly budget for your new purchase, including down payment and monthly payment.

• Find a loan program that meets your needs and get pre-qualified (preferably pre-approved).

• Choose a REALTOR® that you trust and who understands your needs.

• Determine what neighborhood best matches your needs.

• Identify important features you need your new home to have.
